The trailer of SATC 2 released on May 28 has come out. A lot of expensive stuff appear on the movie this time too.  In the opening clip Carrie is wearing limited edition Mykita & Bernhard Willhelm sunglasses ($525) Her white dress is Halston and the necklace is Solange Azagury-Partridge, and costs almost $200k. The shoes are Louboutin and the clutch is Chanel. In the clip taking place in front of Bergdorf Goodman, we have Samantha with a VBH bag ($1300) and black Ray Bans. Miranda is wearing YSL Tribute heels. Charlotte is in head-to-toe pink Dior (including the bag) but not the shoes. Those are Loubs. Malonos were used heavily in SATC 1; in contrast, Loubs will reveal often on the second.(Madison Avenue Spy)

The trailer doesn’t say a lot of details of the story, and it’s more shadowy how the sequel continues. Carry’s meaningful comment, “Sometimes you just have to get away with girls.” makes us curious too.

The characters with luxury fashions and rich life considerably accomplished raising the level of their life styles. Since there are no more affinity between them and me whom become richer than in dramas, I even feel jealous and loneliness. But It’s OK because I know it’s just the world of movie…

５月28日に全米で公開になるセックス・アンド・ザ・シティ2映画の予告編が発表された。今回も目を見張るほどの高級品がずらりと登場。オープニングでキャリーがかけていたサングラスはMykita & Bernhard Willhelm ($525)、白のドレスはHalston 、ネックレスはSolange Azagury-Partridgeで金額は約$200,000。さらに、靴はルブタン、クラッチはシャネル。高級百貨店バーグドルフ・グッドマンのシーンでは、サマンサがVBFのバッグ($1300)と黒のレイバン、ミランダはYSLのヒール、シャーロットはDiorの服とバッグ、そして、ルブタンの靴。SATC1ではマロノ・ブラニクが主役だったのに比べて、今回はルブタンが数多く登場してくるらしい。(Madison Avenue Spy)

予告編ではストーリーの詳細を語らず、どのような続編となるのか、謎が多い。「時には女友達と逃避しないと！」という意味深なキャリーの発言も気になるところ。

ラグジュアリーなファッションに身を包み、贅沢な暮らしぶりと、見違えるほど生活レベルが上がったキャラクターたち。ドラマの頃の４人と比べてぐっとお金持ちになった彼らと自分を照らし合わせるほどの親近感はなく、ジェラスと少しの寂しささえも感じる。これは単純に映画の中の世界、と言うことで。
