Fahion Event ‘ASIA GIRLS EXPLOSION’ in Tokyo

Accompanying Fox TV to the fashion and music event of ‘CROOZ blog with ASIA GIRLS EXPLOSION’, on March 6.

ASIA GIRLS EXLOSION is a fashion event with live music performance and entertainment; to expand Japanese fashion and music further into Asia and the world. Produced by the world renowned YOSHIKI from X JAPAN, popular artists and actresses took place among the great show.

Shenae Grimes, AnnaLynne McCord and Jessica Stroup from the TV series 90210 attended and enjoyed the trend-forward event, expressing ‘An event collaborating fashion and music is a wonderful.’ Marilyn Manson highly praised the strong message and influence of which Japanese fashion and music sends to the world.

YOSHIKI introduced YOSHIKIMONO for the first time at the show as a KIMONO designer, and said ‘I was born the first boy in a family run a KIMONO store and went to the Rock world. I would say I take over it from now.’

Fox TVの取材に同行して、3月6日に国立代々木競技場第一体育館で開催された日本最大級のファッションと音楽イベント、「CROOZ blog with ASIA GIRLS EXLOSION」に行ってきました。

ASIA GIRLS EXLOSIONは日本のファションとミュージックカルチャーをアジアと世界に向けて発信するミュージックLIVE形式のファッションイベントで、音楽プロデューサーのYOSHIKI(X JAPAN)が完全監修をした。世界的人気を誇るYOSHIKIのプロデュースという事で、海外から有数なアーティストや女優が続々と駆けつけた。

アメリカのテレビシリーズ「90210」に登場するShenae Grimes、AnnaLynne McCord、Jessica Stroupは、「ファッションと音楽をコラボレーションしたイベントって斬新で本当に素晴らしいと思う」と、前衛的なイベントを心から楽しんでいる様子だった。Marilyn Mansonは、日本の音楽とファッションが持つ強力なメッセージ性と世界に発信する影響力について大絶賛していた。

この日YOSHIKIは着物デザイナーとしてYOSHIKIMONOを披露。「着物屋の長男に生まれて、そのままロックの道にいってしまったのでこれで継げるかな」と話していた。
